Our services

The security equipment ITC Services Ltd installs is selected not only for its ability to do the job, but also on quality, proven reliability and expected long-term operation. All equipment installed has a one-year warranty that includes labour. We then offer a variety of service and maintenance packages, from basic ‘quick response call-outs’ to fully inclusive comprehensive arrangements. We will carry out a service and maintenance to any existing systems installed.

Service and maintenance packages

Basic Maintenance:

• One service visit, incorporating full system inspection and routine adjustments
• No call out charges
• Telephone technical support
• No mileage charge
• No on site labour and travel time
• Loan equipment to be provided subject to availability
• Excluding vandalism and cable damage

Fully Inclusive Maintenance:

• Two service visits, incorporating full system inspection and routine adjustments.
• All parts and materials
• No call out charges
• Telephone technical support
• No mileage charge
• No on site labour and travel time
• Loan equipment to be provided subject to availability
• Excluding vandalism and cable damage
• Including software updates

Leasing or in-house rentals

ITC Services Ltd can offer very competitive leasing rates over 3, 5 or 6 year periods. The benefits for this include: no lump sum in advance; easy to upgrade/part exchange; all payments on a lease are fully tax deductible; income generated from increased efficiency pays for machine rentals; leasing protects other capital and existing bank facilities (cash flow benefits are also considerable).
ITC Services Ltd can also offer the same benefits with our own in house rental, offering this up to a 5 year period (2 year minimum).
